... troubles...

Who: Mikey and Tobi... anyone feel free to jump in.
What: Still exploring, so whatch your step...
When: Day One. Afternoon around 3 o'clock. Earth time.

He wasn't sure how to describe it all.

First, they were minding their own business, exploring this strange place they had been taken to, and next there is this, seemingly invisible monster that appeared out of nowhere. It attacked Mike and he deflected the attack by knoking out a few teeth, but who's the say it was the end of that? Whos' to say it was the only one around?

Right now, Michelangelo and Tobi are trying to get an elevator to work, would they ever come across any other 'survivors' on any of the other floors, or is there a force somewhere preventing them from meeting?

Only time could tell...

And time may not even by on their side.

She peers over his shoulder as he examines the shaft and reaches the same conclusion that he did about the ladder. She gives a soft sigh of disappointment. She looks up the shaft and notices that the cable is still there. It must have snapped only a few feet above the elevator, unfortunately it’s too high up for them to reach. “We might be able to climb up the rope, if it wasn’t so high…” she murmurs sadly.

She blinks as he produces his room key and asks her about her own. “Oh! Yeah, but why…?” she reaches into her pocket and fishes out her own key. The tag reads F-106. That’s when she remembers that one of the hallways she came down was a long ramp that curved back around to deposit her on a lower floor. “Urg!” she groans, slapping her forehead. “I came from upstairs! I can’t believe I didn’t think of that before now!!”

She turns around and shakes her fists up at the ceiling, growling out her frustration at herself, “I am SO leaving this out of my memoirs! Augh!”

He smiled bemusdly at first but then a slight furrow kint his brow ridges together in thought. "Wait, your room's code has an F, and yet you came from upstairs?" he blinked, and then counted the letters on his three fingered hand, paused, and then counted again, before he shook his head.

"That's not right, F is the sixth letter in the alphabet, which means your room should have been on the floor under us. My room's code is E, the fifth letter, and I didn't leave the floor, so if you came from the upper floor, your code should be D, not F..."

He paused again, glanced at the ceiling and surrounding floors, before he scratched his head, "Unless... this building is upside down?"
